• User Data (localStorage/sessionStorage): Caches your profile information locally to improve page load performance.
• Remember Me Preference (localStorage): Stores your choice of whether to persist your login across browser sessions.
• API Key (localStorage/sessionStorage): Stores your API key locally for EA/bot integration pages.
• Cookie Consent Choice (localStorage): Records whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies. Persists until you change it via "Manage Cookies".
• Theme Preference (localStorage): Stores your light/dark mode choice. Persists until changed or browser data is cleared.
• Notification Preferences (localStorage): Stores your choices for sound, desktop notification, and toast settings (e.g., muting specific categories). Persists until changed or you log out.
• UTM Parameters (sessionStorage): Captures referral source parameters from the URL for the current browsing session only. Cleared when the tab is closed.
• UI Dismissals (localStorage/sessionStorage): Records which informational banners, onboarding tips, and prompts you have dismissed so they are not shown again.
• Auto-Pay Preferences (localStorage): Stores your auto-pay preferences such as payment method selection. Retained until you change it.
• Billing Address (localStorage): Caches your billing address for invoice generation. Retained until you change it.
• Referral Code (localStorage): Stores the referral code from your registration link for attribution purposes. Expires after 30 days.
• Demo Mode Flag (localStorage): Admin-only flag that enables demo data display mode. Retained until disabled.
• Counter Sound Preference (localStorage): Stores your preference for muting counter animation sound effects. Retained until changed.

2.2 Service Worker Cache

Our service worker caches static assets (CSS, JavaScript, images) to improve loading performance and enable limited offline functionality. This is managed through the Cache API and not traditional cookies.

2.3 Third-Party Cookies

The following third-party services may set cookies when you use specific features:

• Referral code: Expires after 30 days. Removed on logout.
• Demo mode flag: Persists until disabled by admin. Not removed on logout.
